I love to spend time outdoors,
in the forest, by a river, or in the desert,
meditating and connecting with all the life contained in those landscapes.
Over the years, I’ve been contacted by
various individual beings within nature....
trees, rocks, animals, water, elementals,
or by the nature spirits who tend those trees, rocks and animals
(just as our Guardian Angels tend our lives).
